Orders, Shipping, Taxes/Duty, Returns and Warranty

PayPalCreditCardLogo1At the current time, we process all orders through our secure Paypal checkout facility where you can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards and, in some cases, even your bank account to make payment or pay directly from your Paypal account.  If you don't have a Paypal account or do not wish to set up a Paypal account to make your purchase, no problem!  Click here for more info.

Please place your order by making your selection and selecting "Add to Cart".  Once you have done this you will see the number of items in your cart will increase.  Continue shopping or click on the cart icon and select "Checkout".

Shipping

We ship our products throughout the world from our central distribution warehouse just outside Toronto, Canada using either Canada Post or UPS. You will get to select your preferred shipping method during checkout where you will be presented with different options based on actual delivery timeframes and shipping quotes from each carrier (where available).

Our rates (all prices in US Dollars per bag unless otherwise noted):

We are not responsible for delays from 3rd party shipments howsoever caused.

We aim to ship all purchases within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order, however, there may be occasions where an order might not ship for 5 business days.

For our flat rate shipping to North American or European destinations, please allow 1-2 weeks from date of shipment for receipt.  International Xpresspost allow up to 10 business days.  All other shipping locations may take up to 28 days.  Items not in stock will be delivered as soon as they become available, please factor this into shipping estimates. Taxes and Duty

All shipping charges are subject to local Ontario taxes (13%). Product shipped to Canadian addresses are subject GST/HST.

BigBadBags (a Division of Can Partner Inc.) is not responsible for any duty, handling charges or other fees levied by third parties. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

For all returns other than damaged/failed BigBadBags, a restocking fee of 25% may be charged. This fee will be returned by way of a voucher to be used against a future order. In such returns, customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please order carefully and verify the size of your device, the majority of returns come from customers who order our largest BigBadBag not realising just how big it is.

Warranty

BigBadBags come with a 12 month warranty. If your BigBadBag fails within this timeframe, normal wear and tear excepted, please contact us to arrange a return and replacement.
